Tips that a Community Manager should know

1. Adapt to the brand As CM you are in charge of managing the relationship of brands with their customers. Therefore, you must convey the essence of the brands in each message or comment you write. Is it funny It all depends on the personality of each brand. We recommend having a selection of emojis, gifs and stickers that go according to the brand and the occasion, take into account the recurring conversations.

Get lists of frequently asked questions Regardless of how long the brand has been on social media, it is important to have and update a list of frequently asked questions to expedite the responses to your followers. Currently, if you check your inbox through Business Facebook, you can save responses so that you can only select them according to the occasion or create automatic messages so that, according to the question selected by the user, they have an answer immediately. With this, you will not only decrease the response time of your networks, but you will also be able to strengthen the relationship with the followers.


3. Business Facebook Suite Being in front of a computer just to wait for a message from your potential client to reach you is not always the best option. For this reason, we suggest you download Business Facebook Suite on a mobile device. While it is not the best app, it helps you access your inbox quickly anywhere. In addition, it sends you notifications which will help you improve your response time.


4. Grid programming in Creator Studio Every day Facebook brings out more tools to improve CM's work. Now from Creator Studio you can program your content grills on both Facebook and Instagram, with no limit of posts! In addition, you can modify the dates of your publications to previous dates and edit them as many times as you want.


5. Bitly When managing social networks you can make use of different tools so you should not limit yourself to give the best service. When creating a Bitly account you can save all those links that you use frequently (or not so much), make them shorter and you can place them in different posts or in conversations. Bitly allows you to monitor how many people have clicked on your link, which allows you to know what topics your followers are most interested in. Remember that these tips are to get started in the digital world but you should always be updating yourself.
